At Sihoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your workspace, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the product and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and hardware are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
